The website shown at your preview link, on the date you approve it, built from your own content and photos — plus every change you send us before it goes live.
The preview is the scope. You have already seen the finished site. There is nothing to imagine and nothing hidden.
New pages, new sections, or new functionality — online ordering, booking systems, customer logins, payment processing, e-commerce, custom integrations. Those are real projects. We quote them separately and you're free to say no. Nothing is ever added to your bill without you approving a price first.
Optional add-on: a monthly email to your own customer list, $35/month.
You own the site. The design, the code, the content, the photos — yours outright once the launch payment clears.
You own your domain. It stays registered in your own account, in your name. We get access to point it where it needs to go. We will never hold your domain.
You can leave whenever you want. Month-to-month. No notice period, no cancellation fee, no annual commitment.
If you leave, you take the site with you. We hand over the complete site files and help you point your domain wherever you're going. Your site does not go dark because you stopped paying us.
Your content stays your content. Every word comes from your own material. We don't invent claims, reviews, or credentials on your behalf, and we won't publish anything you haven't seen.
Email your request to [email protected] from your registered address. Changes go live within 3 business days — usually much faster.
One safety rule. Requests that redirect money or contact — a new phone number, a new email address, a new payment or ordering link — get confirmed with you before they go live. This is how we make sure nobody can impersonate you to redirect your customers.
Content you supply. You confirm you have the right to use the photos, logos, and text you send us.
Limit of liability. Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the previous 12 months. We build websites; we can't be responsible for lost business, data held elsewhere, or the actions of third parties such as your domain registrar or Google.
Ending it. You can cancel any time. If we need to stop working with you, we give 30 days' notice and hand over the complete site files.
